# Phase 2 - Token Generation Event

Phase 2 will see a full launch of Provident Capital 1.0, including reward emission, locked liquidity, staking and revenue sharing.

## Details of Emission Phase

* Number of Tokens: 50 % of total supply
* Duration: 5 years

Phase 2 represents the launch of Provident Capital 1.0, where boosted emissions will now be replaced with standard emissions, with a total ***PVD*** supply of 50 % over 5 years. During Phase 2, ***PVD*** earned by participating in lending and borrowing will not be subjected to any lock-ups. Users will be able to freely trade, stake or transfer ***PVD** as they deem fit**.***
